Meet Rosie!

Rosie Hewat is the former Group Chief People Officer at Kuda Bank, the pan-African digital bank, where she led global people strategy from the company’s London hub. Between 2021 and 2024 she supported Kuda’s scale-up to more than 7 million customers.

Prior to Kuda, Rosie spent over two decades shaping HR and People Operations for some of Europe’s most ambitious fintech and tech-enabled businesses. Senior HR leadership positions at Funding Circle, Neyber, Pockit, PGMBM and We Make Change saw her design compliant, scalable infrastructures and advise boards on culture, international expansion and post-deal integration across EMEA and North America.

Today, she heads Rosie’s People Ltd, her executive leadership and people-ops consultancy, and serves as a HR/DEI Trustee at Trust for London, non-executive director and mentor to high-growth founders
