The Challenge: Traditional Training Was Failing in a Fast-Paced Startup Environment

When Ivy Farm evaluated their training approach, they uncovered a significant efficiency problem. Training was always seen as a "heavy lift"—very traditional, classroom-based, and face-to-face.
