DETAILS
Time: 12:30 PM BST, 7:30AM ET, 7:30PM SGT
Date: August 7 2025
Managers are already drowning in meetings, change decks, and dashboards—while the half‑life of leadership skills keeps shrinking. Long courses and dusty LMS paths can’t keep up. If you can’t get the right micro‑moments of learning to the right leaders at the right time, you don’t just lose attention—you lose performance, retention, and trust.
In this session we’ll be joined by Georgia Ronald (Talent and Culture Director @ BD.com), and we’ll take a practical dive into how AI + microlearning can deliver continuous, bite‑sized leadership development in the flow of work.
In just 30 minutes you’ll learn how to:
✅ Identify priority leadership capability gaps fast using AI signals from performance, engagement & feedback data.
✅ Auto‑assign and deliver bite‑sized, role‑relevant micro‑lessons, nudges, and practice scenarios
✅ Reinforce behaviour change with AI coaching loops, peer prompts, and real‑time impact dashboards that show what’s working.
