When IKEN's HR Manager joined the team, she discovered a costly problem: managers wanted to grow but had no clear leadership expectations to develop towards. The company was struggling with compliance training that felt more like a burden than a benefit.

Employees were expected to digest 30-page PDF handbooks independently, with no way to track who had actually read them or retained the information.
