It's a set of rules that enroll, re-enroll, and remind people for you. You choose who a rule applies to and which courses it assigns, with a delay and a due date for each course. 5Mins then enrolls new joiners when they register, re-enrolls people for refreshers, and reminds them before training is due.

Only for new joiners. The New Employee Automation runs when someone registers, using your HRIS integration. 5Mins connects to 100+ HRIS platforms. Existing Employee Automations work for everyone already in 5Mins, filtered by role, region, join date, cohort, or custom field.

Set a course to repeat a number of months after the start date, such as every 12 months. 5Mins re-enrolls people automatically, and Learning Records keep every earlier attempt as archived history, so nothing is overwritten.

Automatically, 7 days and 1 day before a course is due, at 10:00 in each person's own time zone. You can add your own reminders on top. Reminders go out by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and push notification.

Yes. The Activity tab shows total triggers, triggers this month, active automations, and the full trigger history. You can also run any automation by hand, or duplicate one as a starting point for a new rule.

Yes. The Team Progress Email goes to each manager on a schedule you choose, such as the first Monday of every month. It lists their team's overdue courses and the courses due in the next 30 days, and you can preview it before it's sent.
