No. Your documents are never used to train AI models. Hugo AI Assistant answers from your company microlessons and the 5Mins library, and links to the microlesson behind each answer.
Who can see our learners' data?
Admins, Team Managers, and Subject Experts each get the access their role needs. You can choose whether managers see all enrollments or just their own team, and managers and Subject Experts track only their own teams.
Does 5Mins support SSO and SCIM?
Yes. People sign in with SSO using SAML or OIDC, and users stay in sync with SCIM from Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID, or with CSV sync. 5Mins also syncs joiners, leavers, and deactivations daily from 100+ HRIS platforms. SSO is included from the Essentials plan (see pricing).
What happens to training records when someone leaves?
Their training records stay on file. Learning Records keep every enrollment with its full history, even for deactivated users, and re-enrollments are archived, never overwritten.

Yes. The audit log shows who changed course settings, enrollments, and users, and when. You can filter it by time, user, and type, and check each course's Settings History.
