Questions about the 5Mins mobile LMS app

Is there a 5Mins LMS app for iPhone and Android?

Yes. 5Mins has native apps for iPhone on the App Store and for Android phones on Google Play. People can also learn in any web browser, with the same account, courses, and progress.

Can frontline workers without a company email use the app?

Yes. Admins turn on mobile-number login in settings. Staff then sign in with their mobile number and a company access code, so frontline and shift-based teams don't need a company email address.

What can people do in the app?

Swipe through the TikTok-style feed of microlessons, complete the courses you assign before their due dates, answer quizzes, and earn points and streaks. Daily Picks recommend new microlessons for each person's role every day.

How do mobile reminders work?

5Mins sends course reminders by push notification, email, and Slack, 7 days and 1 day before a course is due, at 10:00 in each learner's own time zone. Admins can add their own reminders too, in Automations.

How do we track training completed on the app?

Every microlesson, quiz, and course completed on the app is recorded the same way as on the web. Completions show in the Compliance Dashboard and Learning Records in Reporting & Insights, ready for your next audit.
