What happens to records when someone leaves or is re-enrolled?
Nothing is lost. When someone is re-enrolled, their earlier attempt is archived, never overwritten, with its attempt number and dates. When someone is deactivated, their records stay, and you can include deactivated users in any Learning Records report.
Can I add training done outside 5Mins?
Yes. Log workshops and outside certificates one at a time or in bulk by CSV, with provider, dates, duration, score, result, expiry date, and certificate. A scheduled email lists training that's about to expire.
How do certificates and e-signatures work?
Turn on a certificate of completion for any course. Learners also earn Advanced, Expert, and Master certificates as they level up their skills. You can require an e-signature before a course counts as complete.
What is skill evidencing?
Skill evidencing is proof that people can apply what they learned, beyond a completion tick. 5Mins brings together assessment and situational test results, reviewed exercise submissions, Roleplay scores with coaching feedback, and skill levels from Skills-based training.
