Prior to this, Doug was CEO of Reward Gateway, where he successfully scaled the business and reinforced its position as a leader in employee engagement. Earlier in his tenure at Reward Gateway, he served as CFO, playing a pivotal role in building the financial and operational frameworks that underpinned the company’s growth.
With over 30 years of leadership experience, Doug is deeply committed to helping organisations build compelling business cases for investing in their people and aligning employee engagement with measurable business outcomes.
